On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved authorization for payment for one new
tractor for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Three, upon delivery and
acceptance.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the F. M. & Lateral Road Fund, payable to EDENS IMPLEMENT COMPANY, in the amount
of $12,567.00, for one new Ford 5610 Tractor, without roll bar, upon request of Commissioner
Lich.

On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved rejection of uninsured motorists and
personal protection insurance on Kerr County Vehicles, with certain exceptions, to be set out
in an endorsement to be submitted by Furman Insurance Agency.
