GENENE JONES, CA. ~~83-297-K On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved reimbursement to Williamson County in the total amount of $70,388.62 for expenses incurred on change of venue trial - The State of Texas vs. Genene Jones, CA ~k83-297-K, payable out of the General Fund. It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount, payable to the Williamson County Treasurer, P. 0. Box 506, Georgetown, Texas 78626. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15463 ORDER APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF ADDITIONAL BUILDING ADJACENT TO THE KERR COUNTY LIVESTOCK EXHIBITION BUILDING BY THE HILL COUNTRY DISTRICT JUNIOR LIVESTOCK ASSOCIATION, INC. On this the 23rd day of April 1984, came on to be heard and considered by the Court the proposal of the Hill Country District Junior Livestock Association, Inc., (also sometimes known as The Kerr County Livestock Show Association) hereinafter referred to as "Association", to construct a new building 30 feet by 100 feet at a site between existing buildings, which construction is proposed to be done according to plans and specifications filed by the Association with the Court this date; and after due consideration by the Court of the proposal., as submitted pursuant to permission granted the Association by Commissioners' Court Order No. 15431 entered on the 9th day of April 1984, as is of record in Vol. P, Page 463 of the ' Minutes of the Court, it is ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that the aforesaid Association is granted permission to and is authorized to proceed with the construction of the aforesaid building as per plans and specifications filed this date, which plans and specifications are hereby ', approved by Kerr County this date, provided however, the construction be undertaken subject ', to the following terms and conditions, including but not limited to those set forth in '. Commissioners' Court Order No. 15431: 1. All financing agreements and all contracts and sub-contracts entered into between the Association and third parties shall be entered into subject to a written agreement by those persons, firms or other entities dealing with the Association that all financial or other legal obligations arising out of the construction of the building shall be the sole obliga- tion of the Association and that no lien of any nature shall vest against the building, the land on which the building is constructed or against Kerr County for the purpose of satisfying any obligations incurred by the Association. 2. All improvements made shall become the property of Kerr County without payment or reimbursement in any form to the Association unless otherwise specified in this Order. 3. The authorization herein granted shall not be construed so as to create any form of obligation on the part of Kerr County to participate in the cost of any improvements construct- ed by the Association. - o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o _
