On this the 23rd day of April 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Elliot L.
Michelson, Chief Jailer, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of April 18th, 1984, with
severance and vacation pay through May 13th, 1984.

ent of Maintenance, be authorized to employ Janitorial and/or Maintenance Employees on an
hourly basis, at $4.55 per hour.

Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of A. E. STAUDT as Deputy Sheriff, at a
salary of $14,400.00 per annum ($1200.00 per month) effective the date of his qualification,
the same being April 24th, 1984.
