On this the 14th day of May 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved Kerr County's participation in an
Emergency Feed Assistance Program and that Kerr County be designated as a drought area.

RUN ESTATES, provided in so doing that Kerr County does not accept maintenance of roadways
until residential development shall justify said maintenance and until roads are constructed,
it paved, drained, impedibles removed and underground water or electrical lines are properly

N0. 15476 ORDER AMENDING PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE FOR ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH SERVICES FOR KERR
COUNTY AS PROVIDED BY THE UPPER GUADALUPE RIVER AUTHORITY
On this the 14th day of May 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an order amending a proposed fee
schedule for Environmental Health Services for Kerr County, as provided by the Upper Guadalupe,
River Authority, effective as of tday 14th, 1984, as follows:
