On this the 14th day of May 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded I'

unanimously approved an Amendment to Section III (6) of Rules of Kerr County, Texas for ~'
Private Sewage Facilities, by deleting the following: "The size of the disposal area will

be determined using the estimated daily wastewater flow from the operation and the disposal '
area requirements of an evapotranspiration system (Area = 3.875 x daily flow; gallons per
day)" and adding "The size of the disposal area will be determined using the estimated daily ~
wastewater flow from the operation and the disposal area requirements of an evapotranspira-
tion system (Area = 5.0 x daily flow; gallons per day)".

Kerr County, Texas, for Private Sewage Facilities, which provides for the Licensing of Septic
System Installers and Septic Tank Pumpers, as provided by the Upper Guadalupe River Authority,.
effective May 14th, 1984, and establishing fees accordingly.
