be determined using the estimated daily wastewater flow from the operation and the disposal

Commissioners' Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse, to consider a proposed salary increase

paper of Kerr County, Texas.

voting "AYE" and Commissioner Holland abstaining from voting, said motion carrying by a
majority vote,approving a preliminary conference on Rocky Ridge Subdivision in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with variances on road easements from 40 ft. to 20 ft. and
on roadways from 24 ft. to 12 ft.,on portions of roads where there will be one way traffic.

'' Contract, between Kerr County and Computer Brokers, Inc., for a Computer Indexing System for
the County Clerk's Office, effective as of May 30th, 1984, in the amount of $2,518.00 per
annum
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Dlorriss be authorized to execute said
contract on behalf of Kerr County and that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to draw a
voucher on the General Fund in the amount of $2,518.00 for a period of May 30th, 1984 thru
May 30th, 1985, and annually thereafter.

I CORPORATION TO STATE OF TEXAS
On this the 14th day of May, 1984, the Court considered a request from Steve Ables,
Attorney for Mooney Aircraft Corporation, for the return of an unrecorded easement, executed
by officials of Mooney Aircraft Corporation in November, 1982, such easement having been
executed as a good faith agreement with Kerr County that it would be held until such time as
other easements were acquired for the purpose of right of way acquisition for the construction
of Spur 535, also to be known as "Airport Loop"; said request being made due to the fact that'
efforts to secure all easements required have failed, and due to passage of time without
success of the completion of the project, Mooney Aircraft Corporation deemed it in their best
interest to pursue other uses of the property involved; The Court, by a majority vote,
