Contract, between Kerr County and Computer Brokers, Inc., for a Computer Indexing System for
the County Clerk's Office, effective as of May 30th, 1984, in the amount of $2,518.00 per

N0. 15485 ORDER GRANTING REQUEST FOR RETURN OF EXECUTED EASEMENT FROM MOONEY AIRCRAFT
CORPORATION TO STATE OF TEXAS

On this the 14th day of May, 1984, the Court considered a request from Steve Ables,
Attorney for Mooney Aircraft Corporation, for the return of an unrecorded easement, executed
by officials of Mooney Aircraft Corporation in November, 1982, such easement having been
executed as a good faith agreement with Kerr County that it would be held until such time as
other easements were acquired for the purpose of right of way acquisition for the construction
of Spur 535, also to be known as "Airport Loop"; said request being made due to the fact that l!
efforts to secure all easements required have failed, and due to passage of time without
success of the completion of the project, Mooney Aircraft Corporation deemed it in their best'',
interest to pursue other use's of the property involved; The Court, by a majority vote,
approved a motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, with

Commissioners. Holland and Lich voting "NO", and Judge Morziss., Commissioners Higgins. and
Guthrie voting "yes", that Kerr County hand deliver to Attorney Steve Ables, representing
Mooney Aircraft Corporation, the unrecorded easement executed by officials of Mooney Aircraft,,';
and that Mooney Aircraft be released from terms of the agreement with Kerr County and the
State of Texas for such easement intended for Spur 535 right of way requirements.

AND APPROVING THE CREATION OF A PUBLIC NON-PROFIT CORPORATION TO ACT ON ITS
BEHALF UNDER THE "TEXAS HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATIONS ACT" AND APPROVING THE
ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION PROPOSED TO BE U5ED IN ORGANIZING THE CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, a written application requesting the authorization and approval of the creation ',
of a public non-profit corporation (the "Corporation") to act on behalf of Kerr County, Texas I
under the provisions of the "Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act", Article 12691-7, Vernon'$

Texas Civil Statutes, as amended (the "Act"), and having attached thereto Articles of Incorpor~-
tion proposed to be used in organizing the Corporation, has been filed with this Commissioners!

WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court has considered such application and has found and
determined that such is signed by not less than three (3) natural persons, each of whom is at
least eighteeen (18) years of age and a qualified elector of Kerr County, Texas, and that saidf
application is otherwise proper in form and content in accordance with applicable law so that
it may be reviewed and acted upon
WHEREAS, the Commissioners'

Court has considered the Articles of Incorporation proposed

has found and determined that they are proper in form and content and should be approved; and
WHEREAS, the Commissioners' Court has determined that a public non-profit corporation
