On this the 18th day of May 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved payment to T & P Automotive Machine Shop
in the amount of $396.16, for replacement of a truck engine for Kerr County Precinct No. One.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct No. One Fund in the above amount, payable to
T & P Automotive Machine Shop.

BE PURCHASED BY KERR COUNTY FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERB COUNTY PRECINCT

On this the 18th day of May 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for one 1984 two ton dump truck, cab and chassis, for use by the Commis-
sinner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.
Bids to be without trade-in, or alternate bids with trade-in of one 1971 Ford two ton
dump truck, cab and chassis, ID No. F60CVL80692.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., June 11th, 1984, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, May 23rd and
May 30th, 1984.

SURPLUS EQUIPMENT
On this the 18th day of May 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that Fred Holland, Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. One, be authorized to accept bids for the following used surplus equipment,
One 1971 Ford Dump Truck, 5 yard bed, 4 speed, ID ~pF60CVL80692,
and after giving notice that he deems appropriate, subject to final approval or rejection by
the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas.
Equipment may be inspected at the Kerr County Precinct No. One Yard, located at the
corner of Hays and Schreiner, in Kerrville, Texas, between the hours of 7:00 A. M. and 3:30
~IP.M., weekdays. (Telephone number 896-5277)
Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Clerk's Office of Kerr County, Texas, until
Monday, June 11th, 1984 at 10:00 o'clock A. M.
