The taking and receiving of bids for one 1984 two ton dump truck, cab and chassis and
bids for the sale of one 1971 Ford dump truck for Commissioner's Precinct No. One was declar-
ed closed at this time.

On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that bids for one 1984 two ton dump
truck, cab and chassis be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 15511 BIDS FOR ONE 1971 FORD DUMP TRUCK REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY
& RECOMMENDATION
On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that bids for one 1971 Ford Dump
Truck be referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 15512 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 11th day of June 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the various
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which
claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, in amounts and
out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, Lateral Road 3, General, Jury, County Law
Library, Juvenile Services, Juvenile State Aid, Revenue Sharing Trust, 216th District Proba-
tion, Kerr County Public Library Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 15513 APPROVAL OF THIRD QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT
FOR TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1984
On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the third quarterly payment of the
Kerr Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for 1984, in the amount of
$18,083.92.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr Central Appraisal District, in the above
amount.

by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for the following equipment, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. 4:
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis and 5-6 yard dump bed
and
One 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis and 8-10 yard dump bed
and

I Bids to be without trade-in.

APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF WILLIAM P. BROWN, LANDOWNER, FOR WAIVER OF UPPER GUADALUPE
RIVER AUTHORITY DECISION
On this the 11th day of June 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of it
the request of William P. Brown, Landowner, for waiver of the Upper Guadalupe River Authority
decision, denying an application for a construction permit for rebuilding of a home which
j burned in September of 1983 in a designated floodplain of the Guadalupe River near Camp
