On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved merit increases for various non-
elected personnel in the County Clerk's Office, to be effective as of June 1st, 1984, as
follows:

MARY C. HANSON, Deputy County Clerk - from $11,280.00 per annum to $11,640.00 per
annum (from $940.00 per month to $970.00 per month).
ESTHER R. GARZA, Deputy County Clerk - from $11,280.00 per annum to $11,640.00 per
annum (from $940.00 per month to $970.00 per month).
SIMONA	G. GARZA, Deputy	County Clerk - from $11,280.00 per annum	to $11,820.00 per
annum	(from $940.00 per	month to $985.00	per month).	
TOMMIE	C. HUSTON, Deputy County Clerk -	from $11,280.00 per annum	to $11,640.00 per

On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the application of Mary Brooks,
District Clerk, for the appointment of Frances S. Johnson as Deputy District Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790.00 per month), effective as of June
15th, 1984 and that her salary be paid out of the General Fund.

N0. 15526 APPROVAL OF MERIT INCREASE FOR DORIS J. HENDERSON ASSISTANT COUNTX AUDITOR
On this the 11th day of June 19$4, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a merit increase for Doris J. Henders
Assistant County Auditor, effective as of May 1st, 1984, from $11,880.00 per annum ($990.00
per month) to $12,240.00 per annum ($1020.00 per month), as recommended by the County Auditor
and approved by the District Judges of the 216th Judicial District and the 198th Judicial
District.

N0. 15527 APPROVAL OF REPEAT FOR LOT 10 OF SAN JUAN VALLEY

On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by ~,
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the REPEAT FOR LOT 10 OF SAN JUAN VALLEY,
,located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, provided in so doing, that roads
I~~are to remain private roads and that a variance is granted to 25 feet on right-of-ways and
further, that variance granted does not affect specifications on construction of roadways or
'requirements of right-of-way for future development.

N0. 15528 ORDER SETTING BOND PROCESSING FEE FOR TAKING AND APPROVING BAIL BONDS POSTED WITH
THE SHERIFF OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 11th day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved an order setting a Bond Processing
Administrative Fee in the amount of $15.00, effective immediately, for each bail bond posted
