and pursuant to House Bill 1617 (Article 3926a), passed by the 67th Legislature, authorizing
the Commissioners' Court of each County to set reasonable fees to be charged for service

WILLIAM R. HIERHOLZER, Deputy Sheriff - from $15,600.00 per annum to $15,900.00 per
annum._(_from X1300.00 per month to $1325.00 per month).
..KENNETH E. HUFFAKER, Deputy Sheriff - from $15,600.00 per annum to $15,900.00 per
annum (from $1300.00 per month to $1325.00 per month).
ROBERT LOVE, JR., Deputy Sheriff - from $15,600.00 per annum to $15,900.00 per annum
(from $1300.00 per month to $1325.00 per month).
ALEJANDRO SANCHEZ, Deputy Sheriff - from $14,700.00 per annum to $15,000.00 per annum
(from $1225.00 per month to $1250.00 per month).
MICHAEL D. WEST, Deputy Sheriff - from $14,700.00 per annum to $15,000.00 per annum

Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF NORTH FORK ONE (17.150
acres) with no variances and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the

existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January lst,
1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners'


Court on April 9th, 1984, and that approval is subject to receipt of statements from LCRA and
Telephone Company.

It is further ordered by the Court that Fred Holland, Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. One, be authorized to re-advertise and accept bids for one 1971 Ford Dump Truck,
5 yard bed, 4 speed, ID ~kF60CVL80692, and after giving notice that he deems appropriate,
subject to final approval or rejection by the Commissioners' Court of Kerr County, Texas.
Equipment may be inspected at the Kerr County Precinct No. One Yard, located at the
corner of Hays and Schreiner, in Kerrville, Texas, between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:30
