ii by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of one 1981 Ford 4 Door

'Sedan from the Texas Department of Public Safety for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Depart-

ment.
'' It is authorized by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized '
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Texas Department of Public Safety in
'the amount of $3,750.00 for said vehicle.
(This Order will replace oue of the $3,000 units authorized December 19th, 1983, Order No.

On this the 21st day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
! by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a change of name of the Plat of Sky
',; View, recorded in Volume 5, Page 22 of the Plat Records of Kerr County, Texas, to the Plat of
~~of Southern Hills, Phase Two.

Said Plat of Southern Hills is approved, subject to the specifications that the dedica-
tion of the roads to the Public be shown on the face of the Plat and that copies of the
approval by the Postal Department and the Upper Guadalupe River Authority be placed on file
in the County Clerk's Office.

On this the 21st day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the application of Dorothy H. Hilburn ,;,
County Treasurer, for the appointment oŁ Lynette Huck as Deputy County Treasurer on a half- ~,

time basis and that her salary be fixed at $425.00 per month, effective as of June 13th, 1984,,
payable out of the General Fund.
