by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the Justice of the Peace of
Precinct No. One be authorized to purchase one IBM Selectric Typewriter from the IBM Corpora-
tion and to be payable out of Revenue Sharing Trust Fund.

execute a purchase agreement with NCR Corporation on behalf of Kerr County, for one 2126-1021
Electronic Cash Register for the County Clerk's Office in the amount of $3,013.63. ~

out of Road and Bridge Precinct No. 1 Fund, as previously approved for payment by the County

by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that in the future, the
Approval of Claims and accounts for Payment are to be listed as a standard item on all
Commissioners' Court Agendas, except for emergency sessions.
