N0. 15548 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE 1985 TWO TON DUMP TRUCK, CAB AND CHASSIS, TO
BE PURCHASED BY KERR COUNTY FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT
NO. ONE
On this the 21st day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for one 1985 two ton dump truck, cab and chassis, for use by the Commis-
sinner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.
Bids to be without trade in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., July 23rd, 1984, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, June 27th and
July 4th, 1984.

COUNTY PRECINCT N0. THREE
On this the 21st day of June 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for one 1985 water truck for use by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Three.
Bid price shall include delivery FOB job site in Commissioner's Precinct No. Three at
Comfort, Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., July 23rd, 1984, at which time all bids
will be publicly opened and read.
Bids must be for equipment which complies with specifications on file in the office of
the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Publication of this notice and awarding of bids shall be in compliance with Article 1659,
Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes.
