Clerk, for the purchase of one IBM Selectric III Typewriter.

N0, 15560 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF GINGER L. KASPAR AS PART-TIME SECRETARY IN THE OFFICE
OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Ginger L. Kaspar
as a part-time secretary in the office of the County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas, for a
twenty hour work week, and that her salary be fixed at $400.00 per month, effective as of
July 2nd, 1984.

Assistant County Auditor of Kerr County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective July 6th,
1984.

Deputy County Treasurer, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of July 13th, 1984.

N0. 15563 ORDER PROHIBITING MOTOR VEHICLES IN RIVER BOTTOM IMMEDIATELY BELOW FLAT ROCK DAM
On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an order prohibiting motor vehicles in
the river bottom, immediately below Flat Rock Dam, located in Kerr County Commissioner's
Precinct No. Two.

N0. 15564 ORDER DESIGNATING SWIMMING AND BOATING AREA AT INGRAM DAM LAKE
On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an order designating the area within one
hundred feet of the Ingram Dam Lake as a swimming area only, and further, that the river
channels above the main body of the lake be designated as "NO WAKE AREAS".
