The Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, further finds that an easement to the said Dorothy D. Newton's property is no longer necessary since the said John L. Givens, Jr., owns the surrounding property and has access to said property thxough such surrounding property. It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, that James E. Stehling, Joe M. Pruneda, Jr., Bobbi Fay Pruneda, William C. Braden, Jr., Peggy E.
