(a) Workmen's Compensation insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of Texa~.

SECTION 7: The rights, privileges and easements granted and conferred hereby may be
forfeited by the County Commissioners upon the failure or refusal of the grantee, its success-:
ors appd assigns, to observe its terms and provisions. Such forfeiture shall be exercised in
the Yollowing manner:
(1) Service of notice upon the Grantee specifying with particularity the acts or
omissions of Grantee claimed to be a violation of the provisions hereof. ~
(2) If Grantee shall not eliminate, cure or obviate such failure or violation within j
sixty days after such notice, unless such failure is beyond control of Grantee -
Under these conditions, this Permit shall thereupon terminate or be forfeited.
SECTION 8: As consideration and compensation for the rights,. privileges and easements
granted and conferred hereby, the Grantee shall pay to the County the sum of $10.00 per annum
in advance.
SECTION 9: The rights, privileges and easements granted and conferred hereby are granted
on the condition that Grantee or its assigns shall begin work of installing the service herein.

SECTION 10: If any section, sentence, clause or phrase of the Order is for any reason

will be held August 13th, 1984 at 2:00 o'clock P. M., in the County Courtroom of the Kerr
County Courthouse in Kerrville, Texas.

Motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by all members of the Court, with the exception of Stoneleigh Road, the motion
was approved by a majority vote of the Court, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins & Guthrie
and Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NO".

N0. 15568 ORDER APPROVING MOTION TO AMEND EASEMENT REQUIZZEMENT IN COMMI.SSIQNER`S COURT
ORDER N0. 15305 - RE: CARTER LAKE ESTATES SUBDIVISION CANCELLATION
ON this the 9th day of July, 1984, came on to be heard the Motion to Amend Easement Require-
ment In Commissioner's Court Order No. 15305 heretofore filed on the 3rd day of July, 1984,
by John L. Givens, Jr., Dorothy D. Newton, James E. Stehling and Michael Eugene Burney, being
the parties for whom an easement was to be filed prior to the cancellation of the Carter
Lake Estates subdivision.
The Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, finds that subsequent to the date of said
Order No. 15305 one of the parties to which an easement was ordered to be granted, the said
Dorothy D. Newton (also known as Dorothy Davidson Newton) sold and conveyed all of her
respective property to John L. Givens, Jr., which deed is dated March 1, 1984, of record in
Volume 292, Page 551, Deed Records of Kerr County, Texas.
The Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas, further finds that an easement to the said
Dorothy D. Newton's property is no longer necessary since the said John L. Givens, Jr., owns
the surrounding property and has access to said property thxough such surrounding property.
It is therefore, ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County,
Texas, that James E. Stehling, Joe M. Pruneda, Jr., Bobbi Fay Pruneda, William C. Braden, Jr.,
Peggy E. Braden, rSichael Eugene Burney, and John L. Givens, Jr., being the present legal and
equitable owners of all the lands located, lying and being situated within the subdivision
known as Carter Lake Estates, located and being situated in Kerr County, Texas, as more fully
shown by the plat thereof recorded in Volume 4, Page 53, of the Plat Records of Kerr County,
Texas, be, and they are hereby authorized to wholly cancel said subdivision as a whole and to
throw said lands back into acreage tracts as they existed before said subdivision or its
predecessor subdivision was made, upon an easement being filed with the County Clerk of Kerr
County, Texas, granting John L. Givens, Jr., James E. Stehling and Michael Eugene Burney, an
easement to their respective properties.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich, and same unanimously
approved by the Commissioners Court of Kerr County, Texas.
