On this the 9th day of July 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
', Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of June 1984, and held on deposit in the County
Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $42,145.83.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $19,024.60.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment of postage in the amount of
$140.00 to the Kerr County Historical Commission, as requested by Clarabelle Snodgrass,

!; NO, 15572 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
", On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
'Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an amendment to the existing City/County
i,Fire Fighting Agreement, wherein Kerr County will continue to pay to the City of Kerrville the
bimonthly rate of $4,166.67, for fire service rendered, beginning October lst, 1984 and termina-
ting on September 30th, 1985. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original
;agreement effective October 1st, 1979 shall be in effect during the term hereof.
