", On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment of postage in the amount of
$140.00 to the Kerr County Historical Commission, as requested by Clarabelle Snodgrass,

It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to the Kerr County Historical.

N0. 15572 APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT TO THE CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
On this the 9th day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by
Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved an amendment to the existing City/County
'',Fire Fighting Agreement, wherein Kerr County will continue to pay to the City of Kerrville the `
imonthly rate of $4,166.67, for fire service rendered, beginning October 1st, 1984 and termina- '
Ring on September 30th, 1985. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original
.;agreement effective October lst, 1979 shall be in effect during the term hereof.

AMENDMENT TO
CITY/COUNTY FIRE FIGHTING AGREEMENT
This Amendment by and between the CITY OF KERRVILLE, herein called "City" and COUNTY OF
'KERR, herein called "County" to that certain original Agreement effective October 1, 1979, as
follows:
1, The term of this Amendment shall begin on October 1, 1984 and terminate on
'September 30, 1985.
