monthly sum of Four Thousand One Hundred Sixty Six and 67/100 ($4,166.67) Dollars. The
first payment hereunder shall be due and payable on November 15, 1984, for the month of
October, 1984, and such payments shall continue on the fifteenth day of each successive
calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive calendar month, with the last payment due he
due and payable on October 15, 1985.
3. Except as amended herein, all of the provisions of the original Agreement, effective
October 1, 1979 shall be in effect.

Motors, Inc., for one 1984 dump truck with cab and chassis and 5-6 yard dump bed, for use by
the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four, in the amount of $23,143.37, as the lowest ,
and best bid submitted and as recommended by the County Auditor, Don Williamson.
