N0. 15578 APPROVAL OF COUNTY TREASURER'S REPORT FOR QUARTER ENDING JUNE 30th, 1984
On this the 23rd day of July 1984, in Special Session of Commissioners' Court, came
on for examination the Quarterly Report of Dorothy H. Hilburn, County Treasurer of Kerr
County, Texas, for the period beginning Aprilst, 1984 and ending June 30th, 1984, and the
same having been examined and compared by the Court and found correct.
And it appearing to the Court that during the said time the Treasurer has received for
account and credit and paid out of each of said funds as reflected in the report and become
a part hereof; and that said accounts received and paid out of the respective funds, since
the filing of the preceding report and during the period above stated, are found correct as
therein shown.
It is therefore ordered by the Court that said detailed report be, and the same is here-
by approved and the Clerk of the Court is hereby ordered to file same in the record accounts
of said Treasurer in accordance with this order.

On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the monthly report of Lynn B. LeMeilleur,

be accepted and filed with the County Clerk for future reference and subject to audit.

On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-
Collector, be authorized to purchase a lateral file for auto registration receipts in an
approximate amount of $1200.00.

On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WINDWOOD OAKS
SUBDIVISION, with no variances and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply
with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective
January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County
Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

and Charles Anderson, in the amount of $10.00 each, as requested by the Texas Department of
Human Resources.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to Mrs. Bennie Johnson, the foster mother,
in the amount of $20.00, for physicals for the two children.

On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich,seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of W. A. Neel,
Associates for a truck chassis and water tank, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. 3, as follows:
One 1984 Ford F-800 Cab and Chassis in the amount of $18,800.00 as per
specifications,
and
One 2000 gallon water tank with adjustable spray bar and Hale BBP Pump and
Allied Equipment, in the amount of $15,016.00, as per specifications.
The tank is to be installed on the Cab and Chassis at the figures quoted
above.
