A. Neel, Associates for a truck chassis and water tank, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. 3, as follows: One 1984 Ford F-800 Cab and Chassis in the amount of $18,800.00 as per specifications, and One 2000 gallon water tank with adjustable spray bar and Hale BBP Pump and Allied Equipment, in the amount of $15,016.00, as per specifications.
