On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a Preliminary Plat of THE VILLAGE,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with variances on road easements
from 40 ft. to 20 ft. and on roadways from 24 ft. to 12 ft. on portions of roads where there
will be one way traffic.

N0. 15584 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR PHYSICALS FOR CHRISTOPHER AND CHARLES ANDERSON, AS
REQUESTED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
On this the 23rd day of July 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment for physicals for Christopher
and Charles Anderson, in the amount of $10.00 each, as requested by the Texas Department of
Human Resources.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to Mrs. Bennie Johnson, the foster mother,
in the amount of $20.00, for physicals for the two children.

Election Precinct No. 12 - that Carolina C. Treleven be appointed
as Alternate Presiding Election Judge (vacancy created because
Jerry L. Snider resigned)
Election Precinct No. 13 - that Philip 0. Gilbert be appointed as
Alternate Presiding Election Judge (vacancy created since Marie
Priour Hurt was unable to serve)
Election Precinct No. 14 - that Gloria A. Villanueva be appointed
as Presiding Election Judge (to fill vacancy created by the resigna-
