N0. 15587 TRANSFER OF $173.20 FROM GENERAL FUND TO JUVENILE SERVICES FUND
On this the 1st day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by

Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County Treasurer'

be authorized to transfer the sum of $173.20 from the General Fund to the Juvenile Services
Fund temporarily, and upon receipt of Grant Funds that the sum of $173.20 be transferred back
to the General Fund.

N0, 15588 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF DOROTHY H. HILBURN, COUNTY TREASURER, FOR APPOINTMENT
OF SANDRA ELLIOTT AS AN ASSISTANT IN THE COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE
On this the 1st day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Sandra Elliott as
an Assistant in the County Treasurer's Office, on a half-time basis and that her salary be
fixed at $425.00 per month, effective as of July 25th, 1984, payable out of the General Fund.

N0. 15589 ORDER AUTHORIZING REFUND TO SILVER HILLS ROAD FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,125.00

"AYE" and Commissioner Holland "ABSTAINING FROM VOTING", said motion carrying by a majority

vote, that the Auditor and Treasurer be authorized to refund the amount of $2,125.00, which

had been received by the County Treasurer on June 13th, 1984 from G. H. Garver for the Silver
Hi11s Road Fund, for donations for paving in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two. (Receipt No.
0001338)
The above amount is to be refunded out of the General Road and Bridge Fund, payable to
Silver Hi11s Road Fund.

N0. 15590 APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT TO JESSE FERNANDEZ AND ASSOCIATES FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES FOR THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE BUILDING, ANNEX & JAIL EXPANSION

draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the amount of $1,000.00, payable to JESSE
