On this the 13th day of August 1984, came on to be examined by the Court the settlement
with Doris Lee Smith, Tax Assessor-Collector, for the period ending June 30th, 1484 and it
appearing to the Court that said reports are in proper form and should be approved, and that
the Tax Assessor-Collector be credited with the amount as set forth on the current tax roll
of Insolvents, Errors, Delinauents and Discounts Allowed, as follows:

The collection represents a collection for the tax year 1483 in the. amount of 95.38%,
and also that the Tax Assessor-Collector be charged with the amount collected in addition
to the current rolls of Insolvent Tax Collections, Redemptions, etc., as listed on the
report.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously
approved the Annual Reports of the Tax Assessor-Collector, Doris Lee Smith, for the tax year
1983, ending June 30th, 1984.

1500 APPROVAL OF REQUEST OF DEWEY K. LIVINGSTON, LANDOWNER, FOR WAIVER OF UPPER GUADALUPE
RIVER AUTHORITY DECISIOiQ ON LOT 7 IN CYPRESS PARK SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of August 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of the request of Dewey K, Livingston, Landowner, for waiver of the Upper Guadalupe River
Authority decision on Lot 7 of Cypress Park Subdivision, in a designated floodplain of the
Guadalupe River, off of Highway 27, between Center Point and Comfort.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court, granting a structure elevation variance to Dewey K. Livingston, con-
cerning Lot 7 in Cypress Park Subdivision pursuant to provisions as set out in Part 7 of
` the Regulations for Floodplain Management, Kerr County, Texas.
