Agreements, as requested by the Bank, Security Pacific National, and as recommended by the ~

Kerrville-Kerr County Joint Airport Board, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Judge be authorized to execute said Assur-
ances on behalf of Kerr County. ~'

N0. 15602 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF WIiVDW00D OAKS SUBDIVISIONQ
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF WINDWOOD OAKS
SUBDIVISION, with no variances and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with
the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January
1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commis-
sioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
Said plat is approved subject to the approval by the City of Kerrville and subject to
receipt of performance bond and receipt of statements from utility companies.

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved of Software Changes for the Computer
Indexing System and purchase of an additional Terminal TV 925 for the County Clerk's Office,
in the total amount of $2,195.00, from Computer Brokers, Inc., as follows:
Software changes to effect faster printing, a counter terminal,
and the input screen edit - $1200.00

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an order authorizing County Clerk
Patricia Dye to purchase one Bruning Model PD-85 Whiteprinter and one machine stand (with
storage for cut sheets) in the total amount of $1,844.60 and supplies for the printer in
the amount of $77.12.
