OF AM INTERNATIONAL, INC., FOR ONE BLUELINE MACHINE FOR USE BY THE COUNTY CLERK'S

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a maintenance agreement between Kerr
County and Bruning, a Division of AM International, Inc., for one Blueline Machine for use
by the County Clerk's Office, in the amount of $708.00 per annum, effective 9/1/84 to 8/31/85
It is ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute said
ment on behalf of Kerr County.

VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCTS ONE AND TWO
On this the 13th day of August 1984, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved to recess for a public hearing con-
cerning speed limits and stop signs in various locations in Kerr County Commissioners'
Precincts One and Two.

A public hearing was held at 2:00 o'clock P,M. in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Kerr
County Courthouse with all members of the Court present.

speed limits and stop signs in various locations in Commissioners' Precinct 1 and 2 be

N0. 15608 ORDER ADOPTING PROPOSED SPEED LIMITS AND STOP SIGNS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN KERR
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' PRECINCTS ONE AND TWO
On this the 13th day of August 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the matter
of adopting speed limits and stop signs in various locations in Commissioners' Precincts One
and Two, and pursuant to Commissioners' Court No. 15567, dated July 9th, 1984, and in com-
pliance with Article 6701g, Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes, a public hearing was held August
13th, 1984 at 2:00 o'clock P.M., in the Commissioners' Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse
in Kerrville, Texas.
It is ordered on motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins,
with Commissioners Holland and Higgins and County Judge Morriss voting "AYE" and Commissioners
Lich and Guthrie voting "NO", motion carrying by a majority vote, approving the proposed
speed limits and stop signs in various locations in Commissioners' Precincts One and Two,
with exceptions of deleting Speed Limit of 35 miles per hour on River Road and Wharton Road
in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two.
