N0. 15614 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF JAMES MICHAEL TROLINGER AS DISPATCHER AT THE KERR COUNTY
DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the employment of JAMES MICHAEL
TROLINGER as Dispatcher at the Kerr County Detention Facility, at a salary of $890.00 per
month, effective as of August 7th, 1984, payable out of the General Fund.

N0. 15615 RATIFICATION OF JOB CLASSIFICATION OF ROBERT L. BROWN, DEPUTY SHERIFF AS
LIEUTENANT IN THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Guthrie and Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Lich voting "NO" said motion carrying by a majority vote,
approving ratification of a job classification and promotion of Deputy Sheriff Robert L.
Brown as Lieutenant in the Kerr County Sheriff's Department, as requested by Sheriff Greeson.
It is further ordered by the Court that the salary of Robert L. Brown be increased from
$15,960.00 per annum to $16,560.00 per annum (from $1330.00 per month to $1380.00 per month),
effective as of August 1st, 1984.

MARY M. MICHELSON AS DEPUTY TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by
Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Doris Lee Smith, Tax
Assessor-Collector, for appointment of Mary M. Michelson, as Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector
'' of Kerr County, Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790.00 per month), effective as
of August 6th, 1984, payable out of the General Fund and that her deputation be effective
the date of her qualification.

OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland, Higgins and Lich and County Judge Morriss
voting "AYE" and Commissioner Guthrie voting "NO", said motion carrying by a majority vote,
that the termination of employment of FREDA SUE LaFOUR, Deputy Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr
County, Texas, be ratified and confirmed, effective as of July 31st, 1984.

JANE RENDON AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK

by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the Application of Patricia Dye,
County Clerk, for appointment of Mary Jane Rendon as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas,
at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790.00 per month, which is her present salary), payable
out of the General Fund and that her deputation be effective the date of her qualification.

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the employment of LEA SANDEL as Secretary
in the County Judge's Office, at a salary of $10,200.00 per annum ($850.00 per month),
