On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an order confirming the. appointment
of Kim Herrera as Assistant County Auditor and approving her salary for payroll purposes,
in the amount of $10,200.00 per annum (850.00 per month), effective as of July 23rd, 1984.

N0. 15621 SALARY INCREASE FOR DISTRICT COURT REPORTER OF THE 216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT,
EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1st, 1984
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official
District Court Reporter of the 216th Judicial District, from $9,000.00 per annum to $9,720.00
per annum, effective as of September 1st, 1984, as Kerr County`s proportion.

Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for the Official

per annum, effective as of September 1st, 1984, as Kerr County's proportion.

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a travel allowance for Don Williamson,
County Auditor, in the amount of $50.00 per month, effective as of August 1st, 1984.

N0. 15624 APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENT TO JESSE FERNANDEZ AND ASSOCIATES FOR ARCHITECTURAL
SERVICES FOR THE KERR COUNTY COURTHOUSE BUILDING, ANNEX & JAIL EXPANSION
On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a partial payment to JESSE FERNANDEZ
AND ASSOCIATES for architectural services for the Kerr County Courthouse Building, Annex and
Jail Expansion, in the amount of $1,000.00, pursuant to agreement dated May 14th, 1984,
i' Order No. 15496.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the Revenue Sharing Trust Fund in the amount of $1,000.00, payable to
