by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of PLAINS
MACHINERY COMPANY for one used Flaherty SPK Model H Chip Spreader in the amount of $6,800.00,
subject to examination by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. One.

On this the 13th day of August 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for one used chip spreader for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. Four.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A. M., September 10th, 1984, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, August 18th
