Electronic Cash Register from NCR CORPORATION in the amount of $3,013.63 for the County Clerk's Office. It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to NCR CORPORATION, upon acceptance and delivery of the cash register. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15632 MOTION REGARDING CHECKS RECEIVED FOR PAVING IN PRECINCT N0. ONE '~ On this the 17th day of August 1984, a motion was made by Commissioner Holland, that checks that had been received for paving in Commissioner's Precinct No. One, be turned over to the County Auditor for further action and eventually depositing. Motion failed for lack of a second. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15633 ORDER RELEASING SECURITIES PLEDGED BY CHAS. SCHREINER BANK TO SECURE KERB COUNTY FUNDS On this the 17th day of August, 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the matter of request from Chas. Schreiner Bank that Kerr County release certain securities pledged by said Bank to secure funds on deposit by Kerr County; and it appearing to the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank is no longer the Kerr County Depository and that said securities should be released as requested; it is therefore ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, and unanimously approved by the Court that the request from Chas. Schreiner Bank be granted and that the following security listed below be released: Bexar County Unlimited Road Bond $50,000.00 Rate 4.75%, due 7/15/84, Receipt No. 078992 It is further ordered by the Court that the Frost National Bank of San Antonio, Texas, the custodian of the aforesaid previously pledged security, be and is hereby authorized to release same to the Chas. Schreiner Bank; and it is further ordered that the Clerk of the Court provide certified copies of this Order to each Bank concerned. Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15636 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE 1981 PLYMOUTH, GRAND FURY, FROM TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 20th day of August 1984, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of one 1981 Plymouth, Grand Fury 4 door sedan from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, in the amount of $3,250 for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department. It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount out of the General Fund, payable to the BANK OF KERRVILLE, who in turn will issue a Certified Check, payable to: State Purchasing Agent and General Services Commission, Austin, Texas, for said vehicle.
