Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously approved by the Court that said bills be paid. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15636 APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE 1981 PLYMOUTH, GRAND FURY, FROM TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE DEPARTMENT, FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT On this the 20th day of August 1984, upon motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the purchase of one 1981 Plymouth, Grand Fury 4 door sedan from the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, in the amount of $3,250.00, for use by the Kerr County Sheriff's Department. It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher in the above amount out of the General Fund, payable to the BANK OF KERRVILLE, who in turn will issue a Certified Check, payable to: State Purchasing Agent and General Services Commission, Austin, Texas, for said vehicle. Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas. M. on Monday, September 17th, 1984 in the County Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse. It is further ordered that the County Judge be authorized to cause to be published in they official newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, a notice of such public hearing.
