COUNTY OF KERR X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 10th
day of September 1984, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular
Term of the Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:

EDWARD D. HIGGINS	Commissioner	Precinct	2
VICTOR LICH	Commissioner	Precinct	3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIR,JR.	Commissioner	Precinct	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The taking and receiving of bids for used chip spreader, used roller, chain link fence
and 1984 dump truck was declared closed at this time.

TWO REFERRED TO COUNTY AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, it was unanimously approved by the Court, that bids received for
used chip spreader, used roller and one 1984 dump truck for use by the Commissioner of Kerr 1~''
County Precinct No. Four and bids for chain link fence in Precinct No. Two, be referred to ',
the County Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 15643 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 10th day of September 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable
out of Road & Bridge Precincts Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General, Revenue Sharing Trust,
Juvenile Services, 216th District Probation, Jury, County Law Library, Lateral Road No. 4,
Juvenile State Aid, and Traffic Safety Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Lich and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15644 COURTHOUSE TO BE CLOSED ELECTION DAY, NOVEMBER 6th, 1984, WITH EXCEPTION OF THE
COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE AND THE TAX ASSESSOR-COLLECTOR'S OFFICE
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved that the Kerr County Court-
house be closed Election Day, November 6th, 1984, with the exception of the County Clerk's
Office and the Tax Assessor-Collector's Office.

N0. 15645 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WESTWOOD OAKS SECTION TWO
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
WESTWOOD OAKS SECTION TWO, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no
variances and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing
KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984
and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Rerr County Commissioners,`
Court on April 9th, 1984.
