N0. 15646 ORDER AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY IN KERR COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT

'! On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
~' seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that Kerr County purchase a

twenty (20) foot wide strip of land, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Two, for right-of-
way in the amount of $2,938.00 for approximately 1.29 acres, from Kenworth Stoepel,said
property described as follows:
i! Being all of a certain twenty (20) ft, wide strip, tract, or parcel of land
upon, over and across William T. Crook Survey No. 61, Abstract No. 111 and
F. A. Sawyer Survey No. 109, Abstract No. 306, both surveys in Kerr County,
Texas; part of that land conveyed to Kenworth F. Stoepel, et ux, from Donald
S. Jenkins, et ux, by a Warranty Deed executed the 16th day of August, 1972
and recorded in Volume 157 at Page 751 of the Deed Records of Kerr County,
Texas.

N0. 15647 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF GREEN ACRES
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-
~ ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF GREEN ACRES, a
subdivision comprising 6.93 acres out of John A. Southmayd Survey No- 148, Abstract 288,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two.

N0. 15648 APPROVAL OF FOURTH QUARTERLY PAYMENT TO THE KERR CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT FOR
TAX APPRAISAL OFFICE EXPENSES FOR 1984
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, second-
ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the fourth quarterly payment to
the Kerr Central Appraisal District for tax appraisal office expenses for 1984, in the amount
;', of $18,083.92.
It is ordered by the Court that the Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw
a voucher on the General Fund, payable to the Kerr Central Appraisal District, in the above
amount.

I', NO. 15649 APPROVAL OF CITY-COUNTY LANDFILL CONTRACT
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the City-County Landfill
Contract, to be effective October 1st, 1984, by and 'oetween the CITY OF KERRVILLE, herein
called "City" and the COUNTY OF KERR, herein called "COUNTY"
It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute
said contract on behalf of Kerr County.

N0. 15650 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CAVE SPRING ADDITION SECTION FIVE, PHASE TWO
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
CAVE SPRING ADDITION SECTION FIVE, PHASE TWO, with the understanding that the Final Plat of
this addition will not be approved until paving has been completed in CAVE SPRING ADDITION
SECTION FIVE, PHASE ONE.
