On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF
GREENWOOD FOREST SECTION 7, with variances on streets having 50 feet right-of-way to be 30
feet, back to back of curb.
This order is approved with the stipulation that drainage ditches in GREENWOOD FOREST N0.
5 be completed before any construction work in Greenwood Forest Section 7 has been started.
All other construction work in Greenwood Forest Section 7 shall comply with the existing
KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984
and amendments to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court
on April 9th, 1984.

On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of the bid of
Secor Fence Company in the amount of $6,989.00, as recommended by County Auditor, Don
Williamson and as the lowest and best bid submitted.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct No. 2 Fund, in the above amount,
payable to Secor Fence Company, upon completion and inspection by the Commissioner of Kerr
County Precinct No. Two and approval by the County Auditor.

Hill Country Motors, Inc., for one 1984 Dump Truck with Cab & Chassis and 8-10 Yard Dump Bed
in the amount of $28,935.25, for use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Four and
as recommended by the County Auditor.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be
authorized to draw a voucher on the Road & Bridge Precinct 4 Fund, payable to Hill Country
Motors, Inc., in the above amount, upon acceptance and delivery of the truck.

ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Ross Snodgrass,
allowing him to construct a building on approximately one-half acre of land, adjacent to the
City-County Tower Site, subject to approval by the County Attorney of Kerr County, Texas.

PRECINCT N0. FOUR, KNOWN AS HOMER DRIVE
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Special
Deed from Verdon Gilchrist and wife, Margie R. Gilchrist to Kerr County on a roadway known
as Homer Drive, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four.
The Court also accepted an easement from Samuel W. Martin, Jr., and wife, et al, to the
Public, on a roadway known as Homer Drive, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four,
provided in so doing that Kerr County will not accept maintenance of roadways until said
roadways are constructed according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. Four.

seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved that Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson
be authorized to purchase one 1978 Cadillac in the amount of $3,486.33.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be autorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to the First National Bank
of Kerrville, who holds a valid lien with the unpaid balance in the amount of $3,486.33
