Greeson be authorized to purchase one 1978 Cadillac in the amount of $3,486.33. It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be autorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to the First National Bank of Kerrville, who holds a valid lien with the unpaid balance in the amount of $3,486.33 against Mohammad Sadr. Said vehicle was forfeited by Order No. 84-52-A, 216th Judicial District Court on August 28th, 1984, for use and benefit of the Sheriff's Department, subject ~ to the lien, with interest, at the First National Bank, Kerrville, Texas.
