N0. 15656 ACCEPTANCE OF DEED AND EASEMENT ON A ROADWAY LOCATED IN KERB COUNTY COMMISSIONER'S
PRECINCT N0. FOUR, KNOWN AS HOMER DRIVE
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved acceptance of a Special Warran
Deed from Verdon Gilchrist and wife, Margie R. Gilchrist to Kerr County on a roadway known
as Homer Drive, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four.
The Court also accepted an easement from Samuel W. Martin, Jr., and wife, et al, to the
Public, on a roadway known as Homer Drive, located in Commissioner's Precinct No. Four,
provided in so doing that Kerr County will not accept maintenance of roadways until said
roadways are constructed according to the specifications of the Commissioner of Kerr County
Precinct No. Four.

N0. 15659 ORDER AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF ONE 1978 CADILLAC FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY
SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, it was unanimously approved that Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson
be authorized to purchase one 1978 Cadillac in the amount of $3,486.33.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be autorized to
draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to the First National Bank
of Kerrville, who holds a valid lien with the unpaid balance in the amount of $3,486.33
against Mohammad Sadr. Said vehicle was forfeited by Order No. 84-52-A, 216th Judicial
District Court on August 28th, 1984, for use and benefit of the Sheriff's Department, subject
~ to the lien, with interest, at the First National Bank, Kerrville, Texas.
