PART-TIME DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK, FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved the change of status of
full-time Deputy County Clerk, Esther Garza, to Part-time Deputy County Clerk, and effective
as of October 1st, 1984, that she be paid on an hourly basis at $5.60 per hour, for payroll
purposes.

J. KURFMAN AS DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the application of Patricia
Dye, County Clerk, for appointment of Peggy J. Kurfman as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County,
Texas, at a salary of $9,480.00 per annum ($790.00 per month, effective September 17th,
1984, payable out of the General Fund and that her deputation be effective the date of her
qualification.

N0. 15662 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE FOR MARY JANE RENDON, DEPUTY COUNTY CLERK, DUE TO
COMPLETION OF HER PROBATIONARY PERIOD
On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase for Mary
Jane Rendon, Deputy County Clerk, due to the completion of her probationary period, effective
September 1st, 1984, in the amount of $50.00 per month (from $9,480.00 per annum to $10,080.0(
per annum - from $790.00 per month to $840.00 per month).

On this the 10th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase of Frances
Johnson, Deputy District Clerk, from $9,480.00 per annum to $10,080.00 per annum, effective
September 1st, 1984, due to completion of her probationary period.

Clerk in the Office of the Justice of the Peace, Precinct One in the amount of $50.00 per
