COMMISSIONERS' COURT RE-CONVENED IN SPECIAL EMERGENCY SESSION at 1:30 o'clock P.M.,
September 12th, 1984, with all members present, and the Court having duly opened, the follow-
int proceedings were had:
N0. 15670 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF SIMON J. HARRIS, JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICER
On this the 12th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase of Simon
J. HARRIS, Juvenile Probation Officer, from $18,000.00 per annum to $22,500.00 per annum,
effective as of September 1st, 1984.

N0. 15671 RESIGNATION OF GINGER KASPAR, PART-TIME SECRETARY IN THE COUNTY ATTORNEY'S OFFICE
On this the 12th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the resignation of Ginger Kaspar,
part-time secretary in the County Attorney's Office, be ratified and confirmed, effective as
of September 1st, 1984.

ed by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the transfer of the budgeted amount
of $10,000.00 from Account No. 15-612-410, contract labor, to Account No. 15-612-111, roadhand
salaries.

ed by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the transfer of the budgeted amount
of $4,000.00 from Account No. 15-613-550, paving expense, to Account No. 15-613-111, roadhand
salaries.
