N0. 15677 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 17th day of September 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the - - - - - - - - -
Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of General, Jury, Road & Bridge Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds,
County Law Library, 216th District Probation, Lateral Road No. 1, F. M. & Lateral Road,
Juvenile Services and Kerr County Public Library Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

On this the 27th day of September 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the
various claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts,
which claims and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable
out of Road & Bridge Precinct No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 Funds, General, County Law Library and
Juvenile Services Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15679 ORDER AMENDING ORDER N0. 15602, DATED AUGUST 13th, 1984
On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins,
seconded by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved amending Order No. 15602,
dated August 13th, 1984, Re: Approval of Firial Plat of WINDWOOD OAKS SUBDIVISION, by delet-''
ing the following: Said plat is approved subject to the approval by the City of Kerrville
and subject to receipt of performance bond and receipt of statements from utility companies".
(Windwoord Oaks Subdivision is located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Two).

N0. 15680 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF WESTWOOD OAKS SECTION TWO
On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie,
seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF WESTWOOD
OAKS SECTION TWO, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Four, with no variances
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984
