On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved that the application of Patricia
Dye, County Clerk, be granted, to re-confirm the appointment of Mary Ann Mumme to Mary Ann
Medrano, Deputy County Clerk (Name change due to marriage September 16th, 1984), and that her
deputation in the name of Mary Ann Medrano be effective the date of her qualification.

N0. 15682 ORDER CONFIRMING DENIAL OF PRIOR REQUESTS OF DEWEY K. LIViNGSTON FOR VARIANCES ON
LOTS 8, 9 and 25 IN CYPRESS PARK SUBDIVISION
On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an order confirming denial of prior
requests of Dewey K. Livingston, for variances on Lots 8, 9 and 25 in Cypress Park Subdivision a,
as recommended by Upper Guadalupe River Authority and in compliance with Flood Plain Regula-
tions for Kerr County, Texas.

N0. 15683 TRANSFER OF $50,000.00 FROM JURY FUND TO GENERAL FUND
On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, second-
ed by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Clerk and County
Treasurer be authorized to transfer the sum of $50,000.00 from the Jury Fund to the General
Fund temporarily, and it is further ordered that when funds become available, that the above
sum be transferred from the General Fund to the Jury Fund.

N0. 15684 APPROVAL OF APPLICATION OF CLIFTON A. GREESON, SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR
APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES BRADLEY ALFORD AND FRANCES KAISER AS DEPUTIES
On this the 27th day of September 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland,

~' A. Greeson, Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, for the appointment of the following Deputies,
!' effective September 28th, 1984, upon qualification, and that their salaries be effective as
of October 1st, 1984:
CHARLES BRADLEY ALFORD, Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of $12,000.00 per
annum, ($1000.00 per month), payable out of the General Fund,
and
FRANCES KAISER, Deputy Sheriff, at a salary of $12,000.00 per annum,
($1000.00 per month), payable out of General Fund.
Salaries of the two deputies listed above shall be increased to $1200.00 per month, upon
completion of Law Enforcement Certification School.

DETENTION FACILITY

I as Dispatcher at the Kerr County Detention Facility, at a salary of $890.00 per month, effec-
tive as of October 1st, 1984, payable out of the General Fund.
