ers Court appeared before me and executed the foregoing for the purposes and consideration
therein expressed and in the capacity stated, and as the act and deed of the County of Kerr,
pursuant to an order of the Kerr County Commissioners Court, passed at a regular meeting
of the Commissioners Court on the 9th day of October, 1984.

On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment for medical examinations for
Earnest and Rebecca Shakesnyder in the amount of $18.00 each (a total of $36.00), payable
to Ms. Julius Smith, as requested by the Texas Department of Human Resources.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, in the amount of $36.00, payable to Ms. Julius Smith.

LAMAR LACKEY AND EVELYN BISHOP, AS REQUESTED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN
RESOURCES
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to Mr. Gary Banta in the
amount of $25.00 for medical expenses for Lamar Lackey and payment to Dr. Gary Crozier, D.D.S
in the amount of $22.00 for Evelyn Bishop for dental expenses, as requested by the Texas
Department of Human Resources.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw vouchers on the General Fund, payable to Mr, Gary Banta and Dr. Gary Crozier, D.D.S.,
as shown above.

by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved to recess for a public hearing on
the proposed salary increases of elected officials of Kerr County, Texas.
