N0. 15695 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT FOR MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS FOR EARNEST AND REBECCA SHAKESNYDER,
AS REQUESTED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved payment for medical examinations for
Earnest and Rebecca Shakesnyder in the amount of $18.00 each (a total of $36.00), payable
to Ms. Julius Smith, as requested by the Texas Department of Human Resources.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, in the amount of $36.00, payable to Ms. Julius Smith.

N0. 15696 APPROVAL OF PAYMENT TO MR. GARY BANTA AND DR. GARY CROZIER, D.D.S., FOR CHILDREN,
LAMAR LACKEY AND EVELYN BISHOP, AS REQUESTED BY THE TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN
RESOURCES
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to Mr. Gary Banta in the
amount of $25.00 for medical expenses for Lamar Lackey and payment to Dr. Gary Crozier, D.D.S,
in the amount of $22.00 for Evelyn Bishop for dental expenses, as requested by the Texas
Department of Human Resources.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw vouchers on the General Fund, payable to Mr. Gary Banta and Dr. Gary Crozier, D.D.S.,
as shown above.

N0. 15697 RESIGNATION OF ROBERT L. INGRAM AS A MEMBER OF THE VETERANS' LAND BOARD
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the resignation of
ROBERT L. INGRAM, a member of the Veterans' Land Board, be ratified and confirmed, effective
as of September 30th, 1984.

N0. 15698 MOTION TO RECESS FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED SALARY INCREASES OF ELECTED
OFFICIALS OF KERB COUNTY, TEXAS
On this the 9th day of October 1984, a motion was made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved to recess for a public hearing on
the proposed salary increases of elected officials of Kerr County, Texas.

A public hearing was held October 9th, 1984 at 11:00 o'clock A.M., in the Kerr County
Courtroom of the Kerr County Courthouse, to consider proposed salary increases for the elect- ~
ed officials of Kerr County, Texas, as per notice published in the official newspaper of Kerr
County, Texas.
9 members of the public appeared for the hearing.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously

approved by the Court that said hearing be adjourned.

On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for one 1985 Dump Truck with Cab and Chassis and 8-10 Yard Dump Bed, for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M „ November 13th, 1984, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

of Kerr County, Texas.

authorized to advertise for bids for the sale of used surplus equipment located at the Kerr
County Precinct No. 4 Yard in Ingram, Texas, as follows:
One 1974 Ford Dump Truck, ID~k F60DVU41064, 2 ton and One 1977 Ford Dump Truck,
ID ~kF60DV080905, 2 ton.
Equipment may be inspected at the Kerr County Precinct 4 Yard in Ingram, Texas by
appointment (Yard Phone ~~367-4185)
Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Clerk's Office until Friday, November 9th, 1984
