members present and the following proceedings were had:
N0. 15699 ORDER TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR ONE 1985 DUMP TRUCK WITH CAB AND CHASSIS AND 8-10
YARD DUMP BED, FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF KERR COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 2
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized to
advertise for bids for one 1985 Dump Truck with Cab and Chassis and 8-10 Yard Dump Bed, for
use by the Commissioner of Kerr County Precinct No. Two.
Bids to be without trade-in.
Specifications are on file in the office of the County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., November 13th, 1984, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.
Kerr County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Notices to be published in the Official Newspaper of Kerr County, Texas, October 13th
and October 20th, 1984.

MICROFICHE DUPLICATOR & MICROFICHE READER FOR USE BY THE KERR COUNTY CLERK
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that the County Judge be authorized
to advertise for bids for one 6100 Camera/Processor, or equivalent, one Microfiche Duplicator
and one Microfiche Reader Model 985 Micro Design or proven equal, for use by the County Clerk
of Kerr County, Texas.
Specifications are on file in the office of the Kerr County Clerk.
Bids to be received until 10:00 o'clock A.M., November 13th, 1984, at which time all
bids will be publicly opened and read.

COUNTY PRECINCT N0. 4 YARD AT INGRAM, TEXAS
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, it was unanimously approved by the Court that the County Judge be
authorized to advertise for bids for the sale of used surplus equipment located at the Kerr
County Precinct No. 4 Yard in Ingram, Texas, as follows:
One 1974 Ford Dump Truck, ID~k F60DVU41064, 2 ton and One 1977 Ford Dump Truck,
ID ~kF60DV080905, 2 ton.
Equipment may be inspected at the Kerr County Precinct 4 Yard in Ingram, Texas by
appointment (Yard Phone ~~367-4185)
Sealed bids will be accepted by the County Clerk's Office until Friday, November 9th, 1984
at 4:00 o'clock P. M.
Bids to be opened at 10:00 o'clock A. M., Nov. 13th, 1984.
