N0. 15703 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S QUARTERLY REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND REPORT OF FINES

On this the 9th day of October 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the Quarterly
Report of all monies and fees collected by Patricia Dye, County Clerk, belonging to officers,
witnesses and other persons, remaining in her hands uncalled for by the parties entitled
thereto, for the period ending the 30th day of September 1984, and held on deposit in the

'' County Clerk's Trust Fund, in the amount of $47,385,68.
Also Quarterly Report of Fines Imposed, Jury and Library Fees, Judgments received and
~~ collected in the County Court by the Clerk of said Court, in the amount of $19,117.60.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously

N0. 15704 APPROVAL OF COUNTY CLERK'S SEMI-ANNUAL REPORT ON TRUST FUND AND FINES
On this the 9th day of October 1984, came on to be considered by the Court the Semi-
Annual Report of all receipts and disbursements of the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the
Bank of Kerrville, Kerrville, Texas, of collections and deposits and disbursements by her
in her hands for the period from April 1st, 1984 and ending September 30th, 1984, and held
on deposit in the County Clerk's Trust Fund in the amount of $47,385.68.
It appearing to the Court that said report is in due form and should be approved.
Motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded by Commissioner Guthrie and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15705 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF STAACKE RANCH SUBDIVISION
On this the 9th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF STAACKE RANCH
SUBDIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Three, with no variances,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY
i' SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
'' to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
