On this the 18th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded)
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the application of Patricia Dye,
County Clerk, for appointment of Karen Lynn as Deputy County Clerk of Kerr County, Texas, at
a salary of $840.00 per month ($10,080.00 per annum), effective as of October 15th, 1984, li
payable out of the General Fund and that her deputation be effective the date of her qualifica
tion.

N0. 15720 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF STAACKE RANCH SUBDIVISION
On this the 18th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF STAACKE RANCH
SUBDIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. Three, with no variances,
and that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY
SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS", that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments
to the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th,
1984.

N0. 15721 ORDER ESTABLISHING PROCEDURE FOR REIMBURSEP4ENT TO THE SHERIFF OR DEPUTIES OF KERR
COUNTY, FOR EXPENSES INCURRED IN THE TRANSPORTING OF PRISONERS OR OTHER AUTHORIZED
BUSINESS CONDUCTED
On this the 22nd day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Guthrie, the Court unanimously approved an order establishing the procedure
for reimbursement to the Sheriff or Deputies of Kerr County, for expenses incurred in the
transporting of prisoners or other authorized business conducted for the Department.
It is ordered by the Court that upon certification of itemized expenses which have
been paid by the Sheriff or Deputies, that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authori2-
ed to reimburse the above mentioned immediately for expenses incurred.
