by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to Sheriff Clifton A. Greeson
in the amount of $364.04 for expenses for Dispatchers, Nancy Walker and Rhonda Powell to
attend school at Bryan, Texas, October 23rd thru October 26th, 1984, to qualify to operate
a new teletype system to be installed in the Dispatcher's Office in the Kerr County Detention
Facility.

It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund in the above amount, payable to Sheriff Clifton A.

N0. 15723 APPROVAL OF EMPLOYMENT OF LEE MARTIN AS JAILER-DISPATCHER AT THE KERR COUNTY
DETENTION FACILITY
On this the 22nd day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the employment of Lee Martin as
Jailer-Dispatcher at the Kerr County Detention Facility, at a salary of $890.00 per month,
effective as of October 4th, 1984, payable out of the General Fund.

N0. 15724 ORDER CONFIRMING APPOINTMENT OF CYNTHIA P. JONES AS ASSISTANT COUNTY AUDITOR AND
APPROVING SALARY FOR PAYROLL PURPOSES
On this the 22nd day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an order confirming the appointment
of ,Cynthia P. Jones as Assistant County Auditor and approving her salary for payroll purposes,
in the amount of $9,600.00 per annum ($800.00 per month), effective as of October 1st, 1984.

N0. 15725 APPROVAL OF ACCEPTANCE OF PAVING DONATION IN COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT ONE
On this the 22nd day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, with Commissioners Holland and Higgins and County Judge Morriss
voting "Aye" and Commissioners Lich and Guthrie voting "No", said motion carrying by a
majority vote approving acceptance of a donation for paving a driveway in the amount of $40.5(
in Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
