ONE On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to Neil Reinhard in the amount of $3,500.00 for removal of part of a building for widening of Garner Drive in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One. Said payment to be made upon Kerr County's receipt of a deed from Neil Reinhard for a 30 foot right-of-way for the entire length of his property along Garner Drive.
