by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved payment to the Upper Guadalupe River
Authority in the amount of $63,150.00, for contractual environmental services (from April 1st
1984 through September 30th, 1984).
It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized
to draw a voucher in the above amount payable to Upper Guadalupe River Authority out of the
General Fund.

N0. 15728 APPROVAL OF SECOND PRELIMINARY PLAT OF CASTLE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the Second Preliminary Plat of Castle
Estates Subdivision (due to change of road). Said subdivision is located in Kerr County
Commissioner's Precinct No_ One and approved with no variances, and that all improvements
that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND REGULA-
TIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that were
approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 15729 APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LAMB CREEK SUBDIVISION
On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the PRELIMINARY PLAT OF LAMB CREEK
SUBDIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, with no variances, and
that all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERR COUNTY SUB-
DIVISION "RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to
II the regulations that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 15730 ORDER AUTHORIZING PAYMENT TO NEIL REINHARD FOR REMOVAL OF PART OF A BUILDING FOR
WIDENING GARNER DRIVE IN COMMISSIONER'S PRECINCT N0. ONE
On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved payment to Neil Reinhard in the
amount of $3,500.00 for removal of part of a building for widening of Garner Drive in Kerr
County Commissioner's Precinct No. One.
Said payment to be made upon Kerr County's receipt of a deed from Neil Reinhard for a
30 foot right-of-way for the entire length of his property along Garner Drive.
It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be
authorized to draw a voucher on the General Road & Bridge Fund in the above amount, payable
to Neil Reinhard, upon receipt of deed.
