Said payment to be made upon Kerr County's receipt of a deed from Neil Reinhard for a I ', 30 foot right-of-way for the entire length of his property along Garner Drive. It is further ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Road & Bridge Fund in the above amount, payable to Neil Reinhard, upon receipt of deed. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15731 AUTHORIZATION FOR PAYMENT OF $64.38 FOR RESERVATION DEPOSIT FOR COUNTY JUDGE TO ATTEND A SEMINAR AT AUSTIN, TEXAS ON DECEMBER 4th & 5th, 1984 On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded vJi~ by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved authorization for payment in the amount of $64.38 for a reservation deposit at the Sheraton Hotel in Austin, Texas, for County Judge Gordon S. Morriss, who will attend a seminar for Judges, sponsored by V. G. Young Institute of A & M., to be held December 4th and 5th, 1984. It is ordered by the Court that the County Auditor and County Treasurer be authorized to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to: Sheraton Hotel 111 E. lst Street Austin, Texas 78701 in the above amount. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15732 APPROVAL OF SALARY INCREASE OF A. E. STAUDT, DEPUTY SHERIFF OF KERR COUNTY, TEXAS On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase of A. E. Staudt, Deputy Sheriff of Kerr County, Texas, due to completion of his probationary period, in the amount of $50.00 per month, effective as of October 1st, 1984, (from $15,264.00 per annum to $15,864.00 per annuml. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15733 APPROVAL OF SECOND AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT, DATED AUGUST 3rd, 1983, BETWEEN THE CITY OF KERRVILLE AND THE COUNTY OF KERR, LESSOR, AND KX AVIATION, INC., LESSEE On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a second amendment to a certain lease agreement, dated August 3rd, 1983, between the City of Kerrville and County of Kerr, Lessor, and KX Aviation, Inc., Lessee, subject to concurrence by the City of Kerrville. It is further ordered by the Court that County Judge Morriss be authorized to execute said amendment to the lease agreement on behalf of Kerr County. o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-o N0. 15734 COUNTY JUDGE AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE LETTER REGARDING AIRPORT ADVISORY FREQUENCY LICENSE FOR UNICOM RADIO AT AIRPORT On this the 29th day of October 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved that County Judge Gordon S.
