X BE IT REMEMBERED that there was begun and holden on the 13th day
of November 1984, at 10:00 o'clock A. M., in the City of Kerrville, Texas, a Regular Term of
Commissioners' Court, with the following officers present:
GORDON S. MORRISS	County Judge		
FRED HOLLAND	Commissioner	Precinct	1
EDWARD D. HIGGINS	Commissioner	Precinct	2
VICTOR LICH	Commissioner	Precinct	3
BILLY JOE GUTHRIE, JR.	Commissioner	Precinct	4
and the Court having duly opened, the following proceedings were had:
The taking and receiving of bids for sale of used surplus equipment at the Precinct
4 Yard, one 1985 Dump Truck for use by the Commissioner of Precinct No. 2, and for Microfiche
Equipment for the County Clerk's Office was declared closed at this time.

DUMP TRUCK FOR USE BY THE COMMISSIONER OF PRECINCT N0. TWO REFERRED TO COUNTY
AUDITOR FOR STUDY AND RECOMMENDATION
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved that bids received for Microfiche
Equipment for the County Clerk's Office and for one 1985 Dump Truck for use by the Commission
er of Precinct No. 2, be_referred to the County Auditor for study and recommendation.

N0. 15737 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS AND ACCOUNTS
On this the 13th day of November 1984, came on to be considered by the Court, the var
claims and accounts against Kerr County and the various Commissioners' Precincts, which cla
and accounts were approved for payment by the Auditor and Treasurer, payable out of Jury,
Road & Bridge Prec. Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4, 216th District Probation, Juvenile Services, Juvenile
State Aid, County Law Library and Revenue Sharing Trust Funds.
Motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that said bills be paid.

N0. 15738 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF CASTLE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconde
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF CASTLE ESTATES SUB-
DIVISION, located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, with no variances and that
all improvements that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION
"RULES AND REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regula-
tions that were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.

N0. 15739 APPROVAL OF FINAL PLAT OF LAMB CREEK SUBDIVISION
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, s
', by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved the FINAL PLAT OF LAMB CREEK SUBDIVISION,
located in Kerr County Commissioner's Precinct No. One, with no variances and that all improve
ments that are to be made shall comply with the existing KERB COUNTY SUBDIVISION "RULES AND
REGULATIONS" that became effective January 1st, 1984 and amendments to the regulations that
were approved by the Kerr County Commissioners' Court on April 9th, 1984.
