_, On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a salary increase of Assistant County
Auditor, Kim Herrera, for payroll purposes, effective as of November 1st, 1984, due to comple-
tion of her probationary period, in the amount of $50.00 per month (from $901.00 to $951.00
per month - from $10,812.00 to $11,412.00 per annum), subject to approval of the District
Judges of the 198th and 216th Judicial Districts.

N0. 15751 APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF STATUS OF EMPLOYEE IN THE COUNTY TREASURER'S OFFICE FROM
PART-TIME TO FULL-TIME, TO BE EFFECTIVE NOVEMBER 1st, 1984
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Lich, the Court unanimously approved a change of status of part-time employee
in the County Treasurer's Office, Janice Owe2: Spooner, to full-time employee, effective as
of November 1st, 1984 and that her salary be fixed at $850.00 per month ($10,200.00 per annum).

N0. 15752 APPROVAL OF CHANGE OF STATUS OF SANDRA ELLIOTT, PART-TIME EMPLOYEE IN THE COUNTY
TREASURER'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Higgins, seconded
by County Judge Morriss, the Court unanimously approved a change of status of Sandra Elliott,
Assistant in the County Treasurer's Office, from a half-time basis to an hourly basis at
$5.20 per hour, effective as of November 1st, 1984.

On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved an increase in travel allowance of
T. D. Hall in the amount of $100.00 per month (from $1200.00 per annum to $2400.00 per annum),
effective as of November 1st, 1984.

N0. 15754 APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF LESA G. SCHMIDT FROM DISPATCHER TO THE POSITION OF
SECRETARY TO THE BAIL BOND BOARD AND SECRETARY IN THE SHERIF'F'S OFFICE
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Guthrie, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved the request of Sheriff Clifton A.
Greeson to transfer Lesa G. Schmidt from Dispatcher to the position of Secretary to the Bail
Bond Board half-time, and as Secretary in the Sheriff's Office half-time, effective as of
November 1st, 1984, and that her salary in the amount of $12,276.00 be paid as follows:
Acct. No. 10-565-105 - $6,138.00 per annum - $511.50 per month
and
Acct. No. 10-560-105 - $6,138.00 per annum - $511.50 per month

On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded

by the County Treasurer of Kerr County, Texas, from the Treasurer of the State of Texas, be
apportioned and transferred from the Kerr County Lateral Road Fund, by the County Clerk and
the County Treasurer, into the Precinct Lateral Road Funds, as follows:

N0. 15756 APPROVAL OF 1984 TAX ROLLS BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 13th day of November 1984, with the County Judge and the County Commissione
present, the Court did carefully examine the Tax Rolls for 1984, submitted by the Kerr County
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full list of the
real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the property
is the true and full market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the
Appraisal District.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court.

N0. 15757 APPROVAL OF MONTHLY LEASE BETWEEN KERB COUNTY AND MICHAEL N. WALL, M.D., FOR
JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICE SPACE IN THE KELLOGG BUILDING
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, secon
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved a monthly lease between Kerr County
and Michael N. Wall, M.D., for Juvenile Probation Office Space, which includes 132.5 square
feet x .65 = $86.25 monthly rent, on Suite 124 in the Kellogg Building.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to D4ichael N. Wall, M.D., on the first day of
each month in the amount of $86.25, effective as of November 1st, 1984.

and Michael N. Wall, M.D., for office space for the Chief Probation Officer of the 216th
Judicial District, which includes three offices, payable monthly, as follows:
