15756 APPROVAL OF 1984 TAX ROLLS BY THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT
On this the 13th day of November 1984, with the County Judge and the County Commissione
present, the Court did carefully examine the Tax Rol Ls for 1984, submitted by the Kerr County
Tax Assessor-Collector of Kerr County, Texas, which contain a correct and full list of the
real and personal property subject to taxation and that the appraised value of the property
is the true and full market value as reflected by the certified values furnished by the
Appraisal District.
Motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Higgins and unanimously
approved by the Court.

JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICE SPACE IN THE KELLOGG BUILDING

216th JUDICIAL DISTRICT
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a monthly lease between Kerr County
and Michael N. Wa11, M.D., for office space for the Chief Probation Officer of the 216th
Judicial District, which includes three offices, payable monthly, as follows:
132.5 square feet x .65 = $ 86.25
265 square feet x .65 = $ 172.50
and
168 square feet x .65 = $ 109.20
Total $ 367.95
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to!
draw a voucher on the 216th District Probation Fund, payable to Michael N. Wall, M. D., on the
first day of each month in the amount of $367.95, effective as of November 1st, 1984.
