JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICE SPACE IN THE KELLOGG BUILDING
On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Holland, seconded
by Commissioner Higgins, the Court unanimously approved. a monthly lease between Kerr County
and Michael N. Wall, M.D., for Juvenile Probation Office Space, which includes 132.5 square
feet x .65 = $86.25 monthly rent, on Suite 12`+ in the Kellogg Building.
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized
to draw a voucher on the General Fund, payable to Michael N. Wall, M.D., on the first day of
each month in the amount of $86.25, effective as of November 1st, 1984.

On this the 13th day of November 1984, upon motion made by Commissioner Lich, seconded
by Commissioner Holland, the Court unanimously approved a monthly lease between Kerr County
and Michael N. Wall, M.D., for office space for the Chief Probation Officer of the 216th
Judicial District, which includes three offices, payable monthly, as follows:
132.5 square feet x .65 = $ 86.25
265 square feet x .65 = $ 172.50
and
168 square feet x .65 = $ 109.20
Total
$ 367.95
It is ordered by the Court that the County Treasurer and County Auditor be authorized to
draw a voucher on the 216th District Probation Fund, payable to Michael N. Wall, M. D., on the
first day of each month in the amount of $367.95, effective as of November 1st, 1984.

adjacent to a Fredericksburg Road on the Harry Flato Schwethelm, Sr, property, and being a

part and parcel of what has been referred to as the 0, B. Schwethelm Ranch in Kerrville,
Kerr County, Texas.
It appearing to the Court that said right of way is no longer used by Kerr County, it is
ordered on motion by Commissioner Lich, Seconded by Commissioner Holland and unanimously
approved by the Court that County Judge Gordon S. Morriss be authorized to execute a quitclaim
deed on behalf of Kerr County to Harry Flato Schwethelm, Sr., as to the 1.35 acre tract.
